TeamHive 360
Team Hive 360 is a revolutionary diagnostic tool designed to empower teams by providing data-driven insights into team strengths and areas for growth. It was developed based on 20 years of insights, and a painstaking 2-year research and development process in partnership with an expert review panel and researchers from the University of Newcastle (read more on our research page).
It is a robust, validated team 360, incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders, which measures team effectiveness and outcomes, and the factors that drive them. Team Hive 360 captures input from all team members and the key stakeholders that depend on the team to gain a deep understanding of team dynamics impacting effectiveness and performance. It contains 71 diagnostic items (covering four factors and twelve subfactors), plus five items about team effectiveness, and one item about team performance outcomes.
All TeamHive subscriptions include one TeamHive 360 per team per annum, and unlimited TeamHive 360 "Pulse" checks. Pulse is a short-form version, designed for rapid intra-year feedback, using a smaller item pool that still measures all the same metrics as the full TeamHive 360.

HiveAI Coach and TeamHive Toolkit
Data and insights into team effectiveness and team dynamics are essential, but they aren't enough. In order to self-develop, teams also need to be given tools and resources based specifically on what their data is saying. Traditionally, this step has been left to experts and coaches. Whilst we believe there is still a role for experts and coaches, we also believe that in order to scale impact across the organisation, teams can be given more tools and resources for effective self-development.
The advent of AI LLM and AI systems technology has created immense potential for diagnosis, insight and coaching that can consider the relevant research material and the team's specific results. The HiveAI Coach helps teams turn insights into action for the team, whilst ensuring privacy and data security by decoupling assessment results from the organisation and team where the results came from - the AI model never sees the organisation or team name or any other identifying information.
